Refund policy

14-Day Return Window

All sunglasses and optical frames can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unscratched, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Submit a return request through your account or mail us on support@bylaylasaleh.com, and our team will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return address.

 

 

14-Day Change of Mind Period

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from purchase to exchange your eyewear for a different style or color. The original item must be in clean, unworn condition. Exchange requests follow the same RMA process as returns.

 

International Returns (14 Days)

For international orders (outside the UAE), the return window is 14 days from delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 business days upon inspection of returned items.
