- Monday – Friday: Full operations
- Saturday – Sunday: No dispatches (orders processed Monday)
- Public Holidays: Processing resumes the next working day

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping fee paid at checkout, and are the customer's responsibility.
These amounts are set by the customs authority of the destination country and are usually collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. By Layla Saleh has no control over these charges, cannot calculate them in advance, and cannot refund them.
Orders delivered within the UAE are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
If a shipment is refused or returned to us because customs charges were not paid, the original shipping fee is non-refundable and any return carriage costs will be deducted from the refund.
